Following, you will be added into the Vector Solutions portal.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/syracusestudents.ny.vectorlmsedu.com\/\">Log into the Vector Solutions portal<\/a><span>\u00a0<\/span><span>with your Syracuse University email (i.e. @syr.edu) and password.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>To the left select \u201cMy Assignments\u201d to display all pending assignments.<\/li>\n<li>Select a training to begin. Your responses will be used to tailor the content of the educational modules that you complete. Speak About It<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Through skits, dialogue and monologue, a group of actors educate college students on sexual assault, bystander intervention, consent, healthy sexuality and relationships. These policies include a\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/studentconduct.syr.edu\/sexual--relationship-violence\/bill-of-rights.html\">student bill of rights<\/a>, a uniform definition of\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.syr.edu\/currentstudents\/files\/sexualassaultpolicy.pdf\">affirmative consent<\/a>, a statewide\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.syr.edu\/currentstudents\/files\/sexualassaultpolicy.pdf\">amnesty policy<\/a>, and expanded access to\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/dps.syr.edu\/\">law enforcement<\/a>. The complete law can be viewed on the<span>\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nysenate.gov\/legislation\/bills\/2015\/S5965\">New York State Senate website<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"s:how-will-this-affect-syracuse-university\">How will this affect Syracuse University students?<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>All incoming undergraduate students are required to complete the in-person \u201cSpeak About It\u201d orientation program.<\/li>\n<li>All incoming undergraduate, graduate, professional, part-time and non-traditional students are required to complete required online training through Vector Solutions.<\/li>\n<li>All student athletes are required to attend an \u201cEnough is Enough\u201d in-person training before they are eligible to compete.<\/li>\n<li>All student organization officers are required to complete sexual assault prevention training in order to be recognized by the University.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3 id=\"s:what-do-these-trainings-include\">What do these trainings include?<\/h3>\n<p>The in-person and online trainings meet the \u201cEnough is Enough\u201d legislative requirements, including the following.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Campus Policies<\/li>\n<li>Campus Resources<\/li>\n<li>Consent<\/li>\n<li>Empowered Bystander Prevention Strategies<\/li>\n<li>Key Definitions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n      <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n      <div class=\"accordion-item border border-gray-light\">\n      <div class=\"accordion-header-text\">\n        <h3 class=\"margin-bottom-0\">\n          <button class=\"accordion-header full-width background-gray-light-30 border-0 margin-0 padding-top-2 padding-bottom-2 padding-left-3 padding-right-3\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n            Community Wellness Requirements            <div class='accordion-toggle icon-right' class=''>\n              <i class='icon-chevron-right'><\/i>\n            <\/div>\n          <\/button>\n        <\/h3>\n      <\/div>\n      <div class='accordion-content'>\n        <p>Community Wellness Requirements engage first-year and transfer students to participate in community wellness activities that build connection, promote community well-being and educate about health and wellness resources and programs. These include completing online training modules and the Speak About It presentation.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"s:everfi\">Vector Solutions<\/h2>\n<p>Vector Solutions online training modules are hosted in an interactive multimedia education program which covers sexual assault and relationship violence, substance use (including alcohol and other drugs) and healthy relationships. The training has three different versions, each tailored to their respective audiences of traditional undergraduate students, graduate students, and non-traditional undergraduate students and part-time students.
