Instead, according to the NYSDOH, \u201cindividuals can go back to normal activities when, for at least 24 hours, both of the following are true:\n<ul>\n<li>symptoms are getting better overall, and<\/li>\n<li>they no longer have a fever without the use of fever-reducing medication.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>No longer required to report a positive test<\/strong>: Students and faculty and staff who test positive for COVID-19 are no longer required to report that positive test to the Barnes Center and Human Resources, respectively.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n      <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n      <div class=\"accordion-item border border-gray-light\">\n      <div class=\"accordion-header-text\">\n        <h3 class=\"margin-bottom-0\">\n          <button class=\"accordion-header full-width background-gray-light-30 border-0 margin-0 padding-top-2 padding-bottom-2 padding-left-3 padding-right-3\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n            Experiencing COVID-19 Symptoms, COVID-19 Appointments            <div class='accordion-toggle icon-right' class=''>\n              <i class='icon-chevron-right'><\/i>\n            <\/div>\n          <\/button>\n        <\/h3>\n      <\/div>\n      <div class='accordion-content'>\n        <ul>\n<li><strong>Monitor for COVID-like symptoms<\/strong>: If you\u2019re a student, contact the Barnes Center at 315.443.8000 if you are concerned about your symptoms. Barnes Center staff will direct you on what actions to take next. Drop-in appointments are not available. Faculty and staff should contact their primary care provider.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Stay home<\/strong>: If you\u2019re experiencing COVID-like symptoms, including a fever, stay home.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Wear a mask<\/strong>: If you are feeling under the weather, consider wearing a mask to limit the spread of your symptoms. Anyone who wishes to wear a mask is welcome to do so and should be supported.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Exercise good hygiene habits<\/strong>: Cover your cough and sneezes. Wash your hands often. Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
