Wellness Portal

From the mobile app or a web-based experience, the Syracuse University Wellness Portal is free, convenient and helps users register for health and wellness activities. Please note, Health Care and Counseling appointments are not available in the Wellness Portal. Using the Wellness Portal

Syracuse University/SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry (ESF) alumni, faculty and staff, in addition to community members, may create a free account when purchasing a membership.  All students, in addition to Syracuse University faculty and staff, may access using their NetID and password.

Mobile App Instructions

  1. Navigate to the Syracuse University Wellness Portal Mobile App.
  2. Select the hamburger menu on the top left of the screen.
  3. Select "Accessibility."
  4. Select "Go to Settings" and from your device select accessibility settings.

Please note, individuals will not receive notifications until they enable notifications within the app.

  2. Select the hamburger menu on the top left of the screen.
  3. Select "Notifications."
  4. Select app preferences and device settings.

  1. Navigate to the Syracuse University Wellness Portal Mobile App.
  2. Select the desired  icon (e.g. Group Fitness, Outdoor Adventure, Exercise Reservations and more).
  3. Locate the desired registration and select the corresponding button. (If no option is listed, this may mean there are no offerings within the next 24-hours.)
  4. Next enter username and password to log into the Wellness Portal.
  5. Select "Register" under the desired offering.
  6. If applicable, next to your name select "Register."
  7. Select "Add to Cart."
  8. At the top, navigate to the shopping cart, confirm details and select "Checkout."
  9. To finalize enrollment, select "Checkout."
  10. A confirmation email (i.e. @syr.edu) will be sent.

  1. Navigate to the Syracuse University Wellness Portal Mobile App.
  2. Select "Member ID," then "Clear Barcode" and then enter username and password to login. Swipe down to go back to the homepage.
  3. Select the icon used to place reservation and navigate to the date and time that was selected.
  4. At the top right of the screen select the profile image to access the Member Profile.
  5. Select "Profile" and then "Programs."
  6. Find the registration, swipe right to locate and then select the three dots.
  7. Select "Cancel Registration" and then "Yes, Cancel Registration."

  1. Navigate to the Syracuse University Wellness Portal Mobile App.
  2. Select the "Member ID" icon on the home screen.
  3. Select "Clear Barcode."
  4. Next enter username and password to log into the Wellness Portal.
  5. Display barcode on screen in front of check-in barcode scanner.
  6. Continue per staff direction.

Within the Syracuse University Wellness Portal Mobile App select the "Logout of the Wellness Portal" icon.

Web-based Instructions

For cancellation instructions unique to your reservation, please revisit the Wellness Portal reservation webpage for more information.

Syracuse University students have the opportunity to update their personal information, such as their preferred name and personal pronouns within MySlice. Explore detailed instructions on the Gender Services webpage

  1. Log in to the Wellness Portal.
  2. Select “Outdoor Adventure” then "Challenge Course."
  3. Then select "Register" under the desired opportunity.
  4. If applicable, next to your name select "Register."
  5. Next within the shopping cart, confirm details and select "Checkout."
  6. If applicable, complete the appropriate payment steps.
  7. To finalize enrollment, select "Checkout."

  2. Select “Climbing Wall."
  3. Locate the desired area and select the corresponding button.
    (If no option is listed, this means there are no offerings within the next 24-hours.)
  4. Under the desired date and time select "Register."
  5. If applicable, next to your name select "Register."
  6. Within the shopping cart, confirm details and select "Checkout."
  7. To finalize enrollment, select "Checkout."

  1. Log in to the Wellness Portal.
  2. Select “Facilities Information.”
  3. Within desired location, select "Reserve This Facility" and complete the Facility Reservation Request Form.

  1. Log in to the Wellness Portal.
  2. Select “Crowley Family MindSpa” then "MindSpa Appointments."
  3. Find an open time slot and select "Reserve."
  4. To finalize the reservation, click "Reserve Now."

  1. Log in to the Wellness Portal.
  2. Select “Esports.”
  3. After locating the desired area and time slot select "Reserve."
  4. To finalize the reservation, select "Reserve Now."

  1. Log in to the Wellness Portal.
  2. Select “Facilities.”
  3. Next at the top of the page, select “Reserve a Facility.”
  4. Then complete the Facility Reservation Request Form.

  2. Select “Fitness Programs.”
  3. Locate the desired class and select the corresponding button.
    (If no option is listed, this means there are no classes within the next 24-hours.)
  4. Under the desired class time select "Register."
  5. If applicable, next to your name select "Register."
  6. Within the shopping cart, confirm the class details and select "Checkout."
  7. To finalize enrollment, select "Checkout."

  2. Select “Ice Sports."
  3. Locate the desired area and select the corresponding button.
    (If no option is listed, this means there are no offerings within the next 24-hours.)
  4. Under the desired date and time select "Register."
  5. If applicable, next to your name select "Register."
  6. Within the shopping cart, confirm the details and select "Checkout."
  7. To finalize enrollment, select "Checkout."

  3. Then select "Register" under the desired opportunity.
  4. If applicable, next to your name select "Register."

  6. If applicable, complete the appropriate payment steps.
  7. To finalize enrollment, select "Checkout."

  3. Locate the desired area and select the corresponding button.

  4. Under the desired date and time select "Register."
  5. If applicable, next to your name select "Register."
  6. Within the shopping cart, confirm the class details and select "Checkout."
  7. To finalize enrollment, select "Checkout."

  1. Visit the Wellness Portal.
  2. Select “Safer Sex Express.”
  3. Enter your NetID and password.
  4. Complete the form and select "Order" to submit.

  1. Visit the Wellness Portal.
  2. Select “Virtual Pharmacy.”
  3. Enter your NetID and password.
  4. Complete and submit the form.

Students are encouraged to self-register for workshops. For a complete schedule of workshops, please visit the Wellness Leadership Institute Workshop webpage.

  1. Navigate to the Wellness Portal.
  2. In the top right corner, select “Log In,” then “NetID LogIn” and enter your NetID and password.
  3. Next Select “Wellness Leadership Institute.”
  4. Explore the available workshops, descriptions and hosting type (e.g. in-person, virtual and video).
  5. From the workshop, select “Register” in the box that displays the needed date and time.
  6. You will receive a confirmation email (i.e. @syr.edu) following registration.
