SoulTalk

Part of the Wellness Leadership Institute, SoulTalk is a free student gathering that fosters connection and opportunities to find community through discussion. Weekly themes surround life’s big questions, such as purpose, connection and more!

SoulScape

SoulScape is an overnight retreat at the Minnowbrook Conference Center in Blue Mountain Lake, NY. SoulScape features discussions and group exercises focused on purpose, gratitude and vulnerability, designed to help Syracuse University undergraduate students bond with one another, while also finding a greater sense of meaning and self-understanding in their lives. This retreat is free and includes roundtrip transportation, lodging and meals.

SoulSearch

SoulSearch is a one-day retreat for Syracuse University undergraduate students to connect, contemplate and experience a deeper understanding of their authentic selves. SoulSearch will rekindle a sense of belonging and highlight tools for practicing mindfulness and self-awareness with a focus on authenticity and balance. Every SoulSearch is free, and includes meals and transportation.
