How I Support Student Health and Wellness: I work to provide Challenge Course and teambuilding programs for various student groups and organizations, as well as open zip line programs and high ropes adventure programs to provide Challenge Course experience to the general student body. Additionally, I work to promote the Cross Country Ski and Snowshoe Center to students, as well as educate and assist students on outdoor experiential learning experiences. I create a welcoming, empowering and supportive environment that helps to support each student’s individual wellness journey.

Professional Interests: I believe in the power of experiential learning and dedicate myself to providing fun and creative learning experiences to students. I am also involved in Adventure Based Counseling, SoulScape, Orange Dialogue for Peace Retreat, and the Barnes Center Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility (DEIA) Committee.

Educational Background: I earned a bachelor’s degree in international relations and a master’s degree in sport venue and event management from Syracuse University.
